HELP CENTER

WHAT SHOULD I PREPARE FOR MY INITIAL CONSULTATION?

Once you've scheduled your initial online visit, you will receive an email with a link to complete your demographic and medical history.  Included will also be a link for your ZOOM visit with our Doctor. Please complete the online demographics and health history before your initial consultation.

CAN THE DOCTOR REFILL MY PRESCRIPTIONS?

There are several scenarios and options available.  If the medication you need is only available in the USA, we may be able to set up a shipping option for you.  If there is an equivalent medication in your current location, we can email an electronic prescription that you can print and take to any pharmacist to have filled.  If the pharmacist does not have the prescribed medication, then he may recommend an alternative based on the doctor's request.  If that is not an option, please ask the pharmacist to recommend an alternative. You can then communicate that to your doctor, and he can write a prescription for that medication if appropriate to treat your illness.

WHAT IF I NEED TESTING DONE?

If testing is needed, the doctor will send an order to your email for the required testing as well as the closest location where you may obtain the requested test.  Usually, the local hospitals will be your best option for these tests.  Once you receive the results, simply email them to us. The doctor will interpret and set up a ZOOM visit to discuss the results along with the next steps in your care.

WHAT IF I HAVE AN EMERGENCY AND GET ADMITTED TO THE HOSPITAL?

If you are admitted to a local hospital, our doctor will be happy to work with the local physicians to discuss your circumstances and plan of care.  The doctor will then communicate the overall plan of care to your family.  Our doctor(s) will be available by text with you when your loved one is admitted to the hospital and will be in constant communication with you and your loved one's physician and care team.
